From the two deep-silled windows in the lounge you can enjoy views across the Abbey grounds to the Caledonian Canal and its backdrop of mountains and relax and watch the boats pass by. A widescreen TV with Sky, a DVD player and an iPod dock are all available for your entertainment, as well as a wide selection of books and board games for kids and adults alike. The large dining table easily accommodates six people and the designer kitchen with its Italian granite worktops and Denby crockery, is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need during your stay.
The generously proportioned master bedroom overlooks the vaulted Moat House entrance and features beautiful solid oak furniture and a luxurious king-size bed. En-suite facilities provide a fantastic power shower and complimentary toiletries. The second bedroom has twin beds, with high quality bed linen provided throughout. There is also a separate family bath/shower room.
The sofa-bed in the lounge, should you require it, easily folds out to provide a full-size double bed with a sprung mattress, providing a very restful night’s sleep.
A travel cot, booster seat, crockery and cutlery for toddlers are all available for your wee ones (please bring your own linen for the cot), and for children’s safety, socket covers are fitted throughout the apartment.
Snooker cues, table tennis bats and tennis rackets and balls are also provided in the apartment for your use in the Highland Club facilities.
