One person, forced upsell to double.
I'm in a wheelchair, and tried to book a double with wheelchair access. At the counter, lady said "Okay, be ready in a bit." They upsold me to a double, said I couldn't use the room I paid for. Classy.

The bathroom was gross with poop stains and mold. The light in the bathroom did not work. The sheets were dirty and the table was disgusting

It was old and didn’t feel safe. The pictures online are deceiving. The front desk person was not friendly and it was noisy. I would never recommend this place.

No ramp near handicapped, luckily my husband can step up to the platform by the door. There was a family of Loud yahoos up till 2:00, they made sure to keep it going after I reported two kids bouncing a ball in the hall for long time, waiting for them to stop after 10. Then they played with their dog to make him bark loud for a long time. Glad they were not in the next room.

It had everything we needed for a great price. The room was clean and efficient. Bathroom could use an upgrade but fine as is. I would stay there again.
