The location was great for our needs. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. However, we paid for a one-bedroom suite and only received a standard room. Also, the kitchen was under-supplied with only 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 spoon, 2 forks, 1 knife, and no paper towels or dish towels. Also, one of the burners on the 2-burner cooktop was broken. For a nearly-new hotel, this was disappointing.

Hopefully your fellow guests are quiet.
The walls in this hotel are so thin. During our 2 night stay we couldn't sleep either night. First night, the room above us had kids jumping and running until 11 pm and again before 6 am. The second night at around midnight, a couple arrived in the room next door. We heard EVERYTHING, multiple times. Everything else was okay, but if you can't sleep in the hotel, why would you stay there??

This is my second time staying here. This hotel is badly in need of an update. The rooms we had either had broken closet doors, no lights in the refrigerator, safes that didn’t work, etc. Housekeeping remains an issue…I had to speak to the front desk twice to get them to come. Why are there no plastic bags in the garbage bins or the ice bucket? The hotel just feels old and somewhat neglected.

The hotel was easy to find. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Parking was easy on the back side of hotel. Room was clean and easy to access. Breakfast staff was more interested in talking to regulars than making sure everything was stocked.
