Needs updating. Bathroom had leak from ceiling onto the floor between the toilet and sink. Carpet needs cleaning. Maintenance looks like it was just thrown together by someone that didn’t know how to do it, like the elevator floor. Touch ups needed throughout on first and second floor and in the room. Makes me wonder what else is halfway done. No chairs in the pool area so if you are just watching your kids you get to sit on the floor or stand the whole time. Staff was nice but was never at the desk, 4 out 5 times I came down they were outside by the front door.

Good value. The staff were great. Breakfast was included. The rooms a little outdated, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Conveniently located to Walmart and restaurants. Overall great stay.

Gross and disgusting
The front desk lady was friendly, but it goes downhill from there, WAY downhill. The overall condition of this hotel is dirty and rundown. The room was absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of looking behind the nightstand and there was dirt and a used discarded bandaid. I went to open the mini fridge and was met by a foul order which almost made me puke. When I took a shower I discovered something sticking to the shower wall. This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever dated. I’d literally literally would’ve been better off sleeping under a bridge somewhere. AVOID THIS DUMP. I will be contacting Baymont corporate to lodge a formal complaint about the condition of this hotel

We were in a bind from the previous hotel that we had booked and this one got us in at the last minute. Despite our crazy zoo of dogs, a toddler, and all our belongings as we were between houses, the staff were all so friendly and extremely accommodating! We are so grateful for them during our difficult time and would recommend this hotel as a place to stay anytime! Thank you!!

Painful last night.
The room was good except for the pillows which were fairly new but more like couch pillows, small and hard. I also had a issue with the hot tub. My second night there I decided to use it. I had a hand on the railing and stepped in and my foot slipped off and I fell on my right shoulder and right hand. Still cant lift my arm above my head and think I sprained both thumbs! No friction tape on steps and slimy

When we checked in, my partner needed to use a bathroom right away. There is a bathroom located on the main floor, but we were told at the desk that there is no bathroom, period. There were NO washcloths. Towels of any size were very limited. The breakfast area was not watched very closely, so supplies would run out. If you hunt in every drawer in the place, you can eventually find the plastic forks. People tend to load up and eat breakfast in their rooms. If the dining room was larger and more inviting, there would be less of that eat-in-the-room behavior. The walls between rooms are thin. The man snoring in the room next to us sounded like a sleeping rhino. Between hearing him, not in rhythm with my partner's snoring, it was difficult for me to sleep.

Safety hazard and dark.
The security latch on the door was broken and one of the lamp shades was also broken, ironically the broken lampshade lamp was the one lamp that worked in the room. The swimming pool area has no chairs and nowhere to really set your things while swimming. The worst part was that when looking into why the lamp on the desk was not working we discovered that the ground on the plug had been broken off into the top outlet while the lamp itself (missing the ground) was plugged in underneath it. This was not only unsafe it was inconvenient as that was the light source and the main charging station because only one of the other outlets worked.
