Scared to Stay at this Property
This hotel was not safe or clean at all. There was two drug dealers on the corner of each entrance selling drugs. There were homeless people hanging out and sleeping by the motel doors. They were suppose to cancel my room and not charge my card and they charged it anyway. The front desk would not answer the phone. Finally after 3 tries I got them on the phone and told T them the situation because I did not want to get out of my car in the parking lot it was so bad. The office lady said she would cancel and not charge my card. There were people yelling in the back ground and a baby screaming. She hung up on me and charged my card anyway. I have not been able to get them on the phone. I contacted hotels.com they said they would not charge my card but they did. I am having to go thru my bank to fix my charge. The hotel is not what it says it is online and I do not recommend this place. It is more of a homeless drug property people in the neighborhood live at. This is a terrible place I do not recommend it. It is not safe

4th floor smelled bad, our room smelled bad. Floors were dirty, the bathtub had hair in it, stains that looked like cigarette burns were on the side of the tub. Looked like dog poop in the hallway when you get off the elevator on the main floor. Good luck finding someone to talk to for assistance.

I recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

First room was not clean asked to be switched second room smelt terrible like pet urine, floor was so sticky, had to go buy my own cleaning g products to feel comfortable. TheN found 3 roaches in the bed!

Once we arrived and got checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned after it's last use. It was the first time this has ever happened for me at a hotel. We were trying to get to a concert on time and this created such a delay that we were not able to get dinner before the show. The internet did not work (presumably because the wi-fi password was linked to the first room). There also was not any shampoo or conditioner.
