We arrived early due to the timing of our flight and they gave us pool access and checked out luggage until our room was ready. Decor and room set up very nice and unique.

Extremely noisy, on a busy highway like, with an intersection on the corner, all you hear through the night is revving of motorcycles, and cop cars, with sirens, very basic room, IKEA like, should be able to enter on lobby level, or a staircase to enter the lobby.

The hotel was great, clean with great options. Parking was a little funky, they only offered a valet option. We were a bit nervous about the valet since we had an early flight, but the valet attendant assured us that they were there 24 hours. The hotel offered a bar with food. Very happy with the hotel. However, our checkout experience was a DISASTER. There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out. We asked a janitor to please find a desk clerk. After 15 minutes a clerk showed up, looked at us, and picked up the phone. We just left. There was no one at the valet station either. There was a sign on the desk that said "we are elsewhere on the property and will be right back". After 15 minutes, I called the hotel and asked for the front desk. The clerk said she would try to locate the valet. We had a flight to catch and we were getting nervous. After another 15 minutes, I called the front desk again. She said that she could not locate the valet. I asked her come down and please just give us our key, we would find our own car. After another 5 minutes, the clerk came down and gave us our key. As we were finding our car, we found the valet walking towards the valet station wreaking of marijuana. We found our car for ourselves and left. By the way the valet "service" was $35 per night. We almost missed our flight due to this fiasco. Luckily our rental car return, flight check in, and TSA experience was easy as there was no more room for delays. I do not recommend.

I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew they charge $35+tax for valet parking and that is no other parking option. The Crown Plaza next door offers free parking. We checked in late at night around 11pm , the front desk told us it’s ok if we check out half an hour later the next day at 12:30pm. However the next morning, shortly after 10am the cleaning lady came to knock at our door and entered the room, and the front desk told us we have to leave the room at 12pm. The room is very large, but no chairs. We are a family of four, but only 3 bath towels were provided. Overall we are disappointed

The hotel is near the airport. The room is tiny. There is not enough room for two people to walk around the tiny room. There is a very small room between the bed and the fridge. Only one person can walk between the bed and the refrigerator. It is ridiculous. There is NO free parking at all. If you plan to rent a car, forget it because they will force you to pay $35 for valet parking. Why do they force me to pay for the valet parking? It is morally wrong. They don't offer complimentary breakfast. Will I stay there again? Absolutely NOT! Please find someplace else! Trust me..
