The hotel was great, clean with great options. Parking was a little funky, they only offered a valet option. We were a bit nervous about the valet since we had an early flight, but the valet attendant assured us that they were there 24 hours. The hotel offered a bar with food. Very happy with the hotel. However, our checkout experience was a DISASTER. There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out. We asked a janitor to please find a desk clerk. After 15 minutes a clerk showed up, looked at us, and picked up the phone. We just left. There was no one at the valet station either. There was a sign on the desk that said "we are elsewhere on the property and will be right back". After 15 minutes, I called the hotel and asked for the front desk. The clerk said she would try to locate the valet. We had a flight to catch and we were getting nervous. After another 15 minutes, I called the front desk again. She said that she could not locate the valet. I asked her come down and please just give us our key, we would find our own car. After another 5 minutes, the clerk came down and gave us our key. As we were finding our car, we found the valet walking towards the valet station wreaking of marijuana. We found our car for ourselves and left. By the way the valet "service" was $35 per night. We almost missed our flight due to this fiasco. Luckily our rental car return, flight check in, and TSA experience was easy as there was no more room for delays. I do not recommend.

Upon checking in we were greeted with professionalism and a lot of respect. The staff was absolutely wonderful from recommending places to eat to answering any questions we had through the stay. Unfortunately when we got to our room, a staff member was in our room painting so the room smelled of wet paint (strongly) for about 3hrs with our door propped open. The toilet seat lid was broken so you had to remove it and then place it back on after using it. The shampoo and conditioner dispenser’s were empty. These are small things and in comparison to the entire stay it really wasn’t an issue but I felt should be addressed. Communication was a bit hard with the cleaning and maintenance staff as nobody spoke English, but through hand signs and pointing things out we managed to communicate. These were among the Nicest people I have ever met. Always smiling and waving and eager to help even if we couldn’t speak each others language. I kinda think there was a miscommunication with staff and maintenance and the room just wasn’t ready yet which can happen from time to time. That being said we had a fantastic time there and would definitely stay again.

Hurricane Milton Shelterer
Was stranded during Hurricane Milton, and they easily helped me to extend my stay. Saw lots of people sheltering at the Hotel with their Pets as well. The hotel team was Kind, Understanding, & Helpful. The rooms themselves and the Lobby Facilities absolutely stellar. Highly Recommend to anyone long term or just passing through. Would stay there again Anytime. Thank You

Love the ambiance and the convenient access to my cruise. Property was modern and beautiful decorated. Smelled amazing as soon as you walk in. The only drawback was our corner king suite was a little small.
