Lighthouse Point Waterview is spectacularly remodeled and upgraded to offer everything you want from a South Florida destination vacation home. Enjoy a luxurious and privileged space for up to 6 family and friends in this 2130 square feet masterpiece of fine living. This home is surrounded by lush greenery and splendid canals for a truly magical and relaxing experience.

The large circular driveway with Old Chicago brick pavers provides a lavish welcome and hints at the luxury you'll find inside this 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms stunner. The layout separates bedrooms for privacy, while offering shared spaces that invite groups to gather and socialize. Enjoy gorgeous 18” porcelain tile floors and recessed lighting throughout the home, with vaulted ceilings in the main rooms. All furnishings are brand new and in a lovely contemporary style. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and there's separate breakfast nook and dining room seating. The living room has custom wood paneling, a 60” LCD TV, and spectacular views of the water. Wireless internet is included.

The master bedroom is immense, with a king-size bed, a separate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet, a master bathroom with a frameless glass shower and a stand-alone tub, and sliding glass doors to access the pool and dock. The second bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the outside patio, and its own bathroom. Both the second and third bedroom feature queen-size beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen televisions.

The spacious pool area is shaded by palms and trees, and includes ample deck seating to enjoy warm sun and tranquil views of the canals. The private dock can accommodate large boats – wave to passing vessels or just relax and enjoy the tropical vibes. The outdoor area features attractive marble pavers and is perfect for meals and al fresco dining, with a covered patio table and chairs, a separate shaded lounge area, and a gas BBQ grill.

Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club is conveniently located a short walk away and offers more ways to enjoy your Florida getaway vacation, including athletic facilities, boat services, dining, and more. The home was amazing, a lot of times when you look at pictures and the pictures don’t do it justice, well this didn’t do it justice, but on the better side, all the living area was massive, master bedroom, master closet, master en suite were absolutely humongous back pool deck also Very very large plenty of room to entertain , the house is set up well and the has everything you need with really nice cookware, utensils, etc. and some spices, may want to bring your own spices if you like to cook but that’s normal. We will definitely be back with friends to stay longer later in the summer.

Perfect in every way!
What you see, is what you get! But, even more beautiful in person. The house itself is stunning. Perfect house with a pool on the water. What was a very pleasant surprise to us was the location. A very nice neighborhood. Took long morning walks to explore the surrounding streets. Lighthouse Point is a beautiful community. A hidden gem! Do not hesitate to rent this house. You will not be disappointed. Communication with management was on point too! Would absolutely rent again!

We loved this gorgeous home that we shared with our two sons and their girlfriends ! We had a lot going on with our Sons Wedding but when we had down time we enjoyed the pool and view ! The home was clean and perfect for me who has many allergies to animals and strong scents. We would definitely book again !

Great house. Exactly as advertised.
This house was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great. We loved drinking our coffee overlooking the canal in the mornings. The beach is a quick 5 minute ride and we were able to park steps away from the sand. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just as advertised and very clean. The master closet was amazing and the master bed and bathroom very large and tons of space! The pool overlooking the canal was really amazing and such a great view! Loved the openness of the kitchen and living area. Wonderful home and well maintained.

The property was very nice a comfortable. The air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms. The property manager got a repair man in but they were unable to fix the problem. The manager said he would get us a portable air conditioner but it never appeared. The outdoor furniture need to be cleaned.

A lovely house
This rental is well located with a very nice view. It s privacy and well furnished. When I arrived Runar, the general manager was attentive about my different requests as cleaning the outdoor furniture, ask for the exterminator and repair a blind in a room. I have rented this house at the same period in 2020. I would appreciate very much if the owner add a large parasol close to the pool and maybe add some large plates for dining . We have only 7 large and 8 medium plates. So we may use the dishwasher frequently. Please take note about it is very important for me the general manager or anybody calls me before they come at home. It s happened during my stay the exterminator entered in the house during I was in the showers !!! Thank you !!
