Room was in disrepair. No working toilet, smoke detector ripped off wall, no light bulbs in lamps, security lock removed from door, portrait on the wall was broken with glass shards visible. Unbothered Staff.

I wasn't expecting much and that's exactly what I got..a cheap room for a few nights. The room was clean. However the Wi-Fi and cable channels were awful. However this location is very convenient.

TV did not work, people were inside the room making a transaction as we arrived, odd smell, dirty beds, people smoking right next to room, neighbors were very loud, room was not ready so we had to wait for an hour and my insulin expired. Spent whole day trying to get insulin for my diabetes. Did not even spend 30 minutes total in room. We decided to leave and they refused to refund. I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau.
