My check in experience was lacking in smiles and I wasn't given any information about the resort - I even had to ask how to get to the elevators. Every other staff experience I had was well above average. People were friendly, polite , welcoming and really made me feel like they were determined to make this an awesome vacation. And they were successful! The convenience of having the strip mall across the street for souvenir shopping, a pizza place, and a market made it all the better. Thank you for a great trip - wish I'd stayed longer!

The bathroom should have been renovated a long time ago. The sink cabinet is moldy, the toilet doesn't work well, you take a shower but the water doesn't flow out, it just stands in the bathtub, there's no place to hang a towel that should dry but is constantly damp. The room is gorgeous, spacious, and there's enough space for clothes. There's a TV set, but I had to ask the reception for a list of programs I can watch.

Hotel is great, staff not so much!
Check in was a bit of a struggle. Our room was not ready at check in and was told we would get a phone call when it was ready. After hours of waiting I had to follow up on the room availability to find out it was ready an hour prior. Staff was friendly but definitely didn't go above and beyond. Gave us no information on the property or details about the area. Called for late check out and was told noon would work and then got a returned phone call saying the manager said No and we had to be out in 20 mins. Lack of customer service for sure.

So, the beach and pool were beautiful. Unfortunately the hotel is showing wear and tear. Bathrooms nicked and chipped. Towels in bathroom were like sandpaper. Overall hotel needs a deep cleaning. Bartenders immature and borderline unprofessional, certainly not polished. Food was meh, nothing was hot. Chose to find other places to eat, even for breakfast. Coffee in room, deep expresso kind, which if that’s your thing, then good, but if not…would love for them to do some tweaking, deep clean, softener for towels, professional bartenders ( able to offer suggestions of things to do, polite, some sort of casual but neat uniform, not leggings!, condescending attitude checked at the door ) car guys were great, front desk polite. Shame bc view from room( partial ocean) was lovely.
