The people that work at the hotel were friendly, Checking In was ok. -The so call breakfast was horrible - the walkway carpet disgustingly dirty and gross. - we were afraid to the towel they we worn out, and hard, I scratched myself, that’s why we went out get our own towel. - Poll area ugly, the good thing about this hotel is the beach is 2 minutes walk. Please pay the extra $50 to stay somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN

The room was very nice. The beds were comfy. Every employee we encountered was wonderful especially Monique she went above and beyond. The pool was great the kids enjoyed the slide. Overall our stay was a 10. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit Deerfield.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Conveniently located near the beach-walking distance. There’s a slight odor lingering throughout. Not too bad, but noticeable, you’ll eventually go nose-blind to it. The linen is terrible! Bring your own! The towels and washcloths look like something you’d use to clean with. There is free breakfast which consists of a lot of bread options, sausage, eggs, and bananas. Overall, it’s your average 3-star hotel. It does the job.

Don’t let the lobby fool you. Very old hotel not well taken care of. Hallway was hot and smelled terrible of mold and mildew. Shower covering moved and hot and cold were written in what looked like nail polish. Paid an extra $20 for ocean view only to look at a giant tree and someone’s dirty back yard. On the positive side, staff was friendly, bed was comfy and room a/c was cold.

Great front desk
I arrived around 9p and was greeted by the front desk clerk Todd. He was very friendly, full of good suggestions for local activities and always had a big smile whenever we crossed paths during my stay. Thank you for the great service.

I choose ocean view room but hotel is not on the beach the view was house backyard and bunch of tree at the patio ,ocean is far from hotel windows. Also they charge for the parking ,is not include on hotel services
