Por todas partes del hotel había un olor a cigarrillo y sustancias no adecuadas, tanto dentro como en los parqueaderos. Persona muy raras estaban hospedadas, no nos sentíamos seguros dentro del hotel. El check in demoro 2 horas para realizarlo, habían muchas personas en espera. Los utensilios para la cocina no eran los adecuados. En definitiva no lo recomendaría.

Wow. There's a lot to say but here are the broad strokes. Spent $150 for the night in a "suite" which was smaller than a standard sized hotel room with temporary walls erected to divide a kitchen type area. The stove top was burned and rusted, there was filth and stains all over all the furniture and broken outlets and lamp. Fire hazard- with both beds in use, there was only a 3" clearing to pass to the exit. Upon check-in, the desk clerk was on a personal call, miskeyed the card, and handed me a rumpled pile of unfolded linens for the pullout. At 830 am, with"breakfast" still on for another hour, there was one granola bar and the desk clerk said nothing would be replenished. The vibe overall is shady and derelict - families should avoid unless they're in a serious state- there seemed to be a lot of people living here full time. Just, yuck. Thankful our stay was only one night.

This property was very disappointing! It lacks proper on site management and staff who knows how to handle situations. The wait times were unacceptable and most customers were complaining. The room keys didn't work most of the time and the staff said, "we'll let you in each time. Really? No housekeeping and very limited to go breakfast. The particular property definitely doesn't represent the other Extended Stays and should not say "Premier ".

My family and I came into town. From the moment we arrived it was a filthy experience. There were people hanging out up front. Their key card machine work, so every time we needed to be let into our room a manager had to open the door. Apparently, it’s been out for a week. Elevator smelled terrible, the hallway carpets where filthy. Upon entering the room we saw 2 roaches we had to kill. By the time we settled in there was a roaches everywhere. Around the furniture, the walls, the tv. Parts of the bathroom rods missing, paint chip, mold on the ceilings, clogged sink and low water pressure. We had to immediately ask to cancel our stay and book elsewhere. The photos do not depict what the hotel offers. This hotel is definitely a stay for those who are transition into different housing. We will not return.

Room acces was restricted due to their key card machine being out of service, major pain. Hallways and elevator smelled like diesel fuel, seriously. Bedside alarm clock went off at 1am and I was unable to make it stop until I figured out how to unplug it…
