The room was soooo dirty blood spots all over the bath tub, sticky floors and counters. people yelling in the middle of the night right in front of our door. It was so scary to stay there. Finally there was no elevator when in expedia its says it has elevator.

When we arrived the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The security guard informed us the receptionist was doing laundry and will be back as soon as she can. The security guard then called the receptionist on his phone and she informed him on the phone that there are no rooms available and acknowledged that they are overbooked. Neither employees offered help and just stated that this is Hotel.com's issue and I should deal with them. Although I have not seen inside of the room, the lobby appeared to be dirty and outdated. I drove around the hotel property and its appearance is nothing like the picture. The pictures in Hotels.com is nothing like the actual hotels appearance and VERY misleading. The hotel is on a very busy street corner and there were people loitering in the parking lot, outside the lobby, and some are just sitting in their cars, some do not appear to be hotel guests and just loitering in the parking lot.. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

This was the worst hotel i have ever visited. The toilet didn't work, the AC unit didn't work and there were holes in the wall. I did not stay there i immediately canceled my reservation and went to another hotel. Absolutely terrible. I would never stay at this hotel again.
