One elevator was out of order causing wait times. Room was okay but AC sounded like. Boeing 747. And no complementary breakfast. We refused to pay $27 PER PERSON for the buffet to serve ourselves. Left that dump and ate breakfast elsewhere. Will not stay here again for future cruises.

The people at the front desk were nice. We wanted a queen bed and was told when you book through third party that the room you request you might not get, gave us a double bed. When we got to the room, the room had a weird smell that we couldn't figure out, stuffy. White bed sheets were creamy and need to be replaced. The bathroom sink hole was dirty, the shower was clogged. No microwave, the plug to charge your phone next to the bed wasn't working so we had to charge our phone by the Tv. No one came to give us new towels when we left the room,. Overall the hotels needs to be cleaner, fresher. The floor near the bathroom was cracked.

Check in was fast and super friendly. They were able to get us in early so we could head to our concert and said goodbye as we headed out for the evening. We will stay here if back in the area

Cold rooms.
It took hours for the room to warm up from the 65 degrees it was set at to a mor comfortable 75 degrees. The lobby was also very cold. Bring a jacket! Bathroom shower needs replaced or more thorough cleaning. We stay here 4 times a year, and increasingly see a need for a refresh, especially at these prices.
