Pre-cruise overnight stay.
Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway carpet was worn out and dirty. One of two elevators was inoperable, the other need serious maintenance. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The pool is shut down, one of the two elevators is not working, we did not our room cleaned today….. The area surrounding the hotel does not feel safe to walk around after dark.

The staff were very friendly and polite The stench at the entrance. Smells more like animal manure. Awful smell. What I didn’t like is that there were no form of security. Anyone could just walk off the street and into the elevator

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Was not worth the price I paid for, you can hear the cars passing from the highway all night, the bathroom wasn’t clean, there were dirty towels in front of my “clean room”, my room was over booked

We waited at the airport for over an hour and a half. Referred to many different phone numbers, told we didn't have reservation, told by several shuttle drivers to wait, another shuttle is coming, told to get into a white shuttle indicating Holiday Inn Express but those shuttle drivers said they didn't drop at the BW Airport location. Instead after 1 1/2 hrs a dark colored shuttle titled Comfort Inn took us to the motel. And, yes...we had a paid reservation. Ughhhh

Health Hazard (MOLD)
This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was covered in mold.The lampshades were even growing mold. Upon checkin they told us we could not turn our AC above 68. The floors and beds felt wet from moisture in the rooms with poor ventilation. Came home and 4 days later my daughter developed a bacterial pneumonia. Guaranteed it’s from the mold and lack of cleanliness in this hotel room we stayed. I don’t recommend this place and this place should be shut down. It’s a health hazard and needs major work. Luckily our stay was for one night only but that should explain how bad it is considering my 8yr old daughter ended up physically ill following this stay. I will never again stay here.

There is no “plus” at this Best Western Plus location. This brand is really going downhill. Closed pool area for months, I believe, due to being condemned, and possible “eminent catastrophic collapse”. 2 elevators but one has been broken for many weeks; if there was a fire mid-building, cannot get out due to ‘Condemned’ stairway at one end of the hall. The one elevator that does work barely moves. The staff is fine, but I’d be embarrassed to represent this location. Old worn chair on the room Just a hole where I assume there used to be a fridge. Didn’t pay much for one night mid-week , but Jeez, never again.

The communication prior to arriving was great! They told us how to get the shuttle from the airport which was exciting. Once we got off the plane, we called the number and had a difficult time getting through. Then we were told the shuttle was on it's way. We called 30 minutes later and they said hmm should have been there. We waited another 45 minutes and then just got an uber. The shuttle never did call us. The hotel didn't care either once we got there. They told us they would get us a room early and would call us but never did. We finally got one after a shift change. Not much in the area to eat. It was just ok.

This hotel is very convenient and the staff was very professional in the front desk and Mr Jose was very helpful when I drop my car rental keys at the elevator hole between the door at the 1 floor uffff that was very scare situation but I came true and save me . I have a nice stay at this hotel .

The customer service here is outstanding. Every single employee that I spoke with made us feel very welcomed. Property was very clean. Comfortable beds and a nice rainfall shower. It is only about a 20min Uber to Hard Rock on gameday. Would love to stay again some day.
