Arrived early, around 1015, from cruise ship. No rooms available, couldnt tell me when one would be cleaned. Waited around until 2, still no room was available to give me. Reception said maybe by 3. Gave up and went accross the street to another hotel and got a room immediately.

Only 1 shuttle from the airport that serves both Hampton inns so that is slow but over all great service and super friendly.

Overall it was alright. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower it was broken and you couldn’t regulate the water temp. It was either too hot or too cold, but I only stayed one night because of a business trip so I just dealt with it.

I selected this hotel because they had a free airport shuttle, free breakfast, spacious room and a low deposit. The convenience:proximity to handle my business was great but the facilities weren’t so great. The floor and table tops were dirty. I expected a different shower based on pics as well as some of the handles et al were broken. I also found a roach in the room so hoping none crawled in my luggage.

It’s an older property it seems. A lot of the furniture and appliances were worn out and dirty. Rug and areas not the best but passable. We had to be switched rooms cause original room AC was broken and tech could not fix it, thankfully no issues in getting a new room. The area is full of restaurants and things to do.
