I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and chose this property based on location, price and option for free hot breakfast; all of which didn't disappoint. I had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and was like what was depicted/advertised. The one thing I would recommend is that this hotel needs to do some deep cleaning on the upholstered chairs in the room as well as the carpet in the room and in the passage areas and inside the lifts. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff that check us in was great. We were coming from a cruise and she placed our luggage in a locked room until we could check in. She was helpful, friendly, and recommended a great restaurant that was in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. My only suggestion would be to replace some items like, bathroom doors, carpet looks really old. Patches on wall and trim need to be better.

The room felt more like an apartment. It was spacious with appliances, silverware, dishes, pots & pans. The only problem was with internet. The television reception was spotty but the weather was bad (not to make excuses for it).

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Only thing I didn't like, Expedia said I could pay in cash, but I was told by staff I had to use a card at the hotel.
