Our Princess Cruise
Safe was mot accessible - 3 requests to fix- failed. Tub did not drain properly. Front desk staff were not hospitable when checking in. Front desk did mot acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes, even though there were 4 staff members and 1 customer being helped. No staff member even made eye contact. When two pilots came to the line behind us they were immediately called to the desk by the staffers who were not helping anyone. A staffer who was standing by the staff member helping the original customer, simply walked away… again w/o acknowledging us and avoiding eye contact…. Simply rude.
