Safe was mot accessible - 3 requests to fix- failed. Tub did not drain properly. Front desk staff were not hospitable when checking in. Front desk did mot acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes, even though there were 4 staff members and 1 customer being helped. No staff member even made eye contact. When two pilots came to the line behind us they were immediately called to the desk by the staffers who were not helping anyone. A staffer who was standing by the staff member helping the original customer, simply walked away… again w/o acknowledging us and avoiding eye contact…. Simply rude.

Hotel was great! The room is nice and have a good balcony. The pool area is super cool with green area, trees and even a BIG BIG chess board to play. The channel had a nice view in the am and was good to meditate and refresh for the day

Location on the Marina is beautiful, we were upgraded and while the upgrade was nice the room could use some general improvement. Chipped paint, door seals have gap to hallway, other small issues. Property is nice overall but being in the marina area it could use some capital expenditure to really be world class.

I think this property could use a huge face lift. The rooms are dated. Everything feels dirty. My sheets in my bed had ink or mascara stained on it. But the cleaner didn’t seem to think it’s an issue so left it on the bed. The in room dining is lacking. Just wanted a soup for lunch but wasn’t available on menu. We are simple folks with simple needs but we couldn’t even get that.

The only reason for the 4 star is due to the prices. We bought 2 drinks from the pool bar and it was $40 total. That is crazy. Otherwise, great place and people.

Our room had a cockroach. The valet parking was slow and very expensive ($50 ). To park your own vehicle overnight was $44.00. There is no free airport or cruise dock shuttle. The front desk gave incorrect information about shuttles, and when called they did not answer, when using the text option, they did not respond. They double charged for valet parking. Overall the room and property was very nice but the staff was under trained.

The stay was ok . But their prices are expensive for a room . The valet parking was $50 a night which is also expensive. But I did like the hotel I like the marina and scenery of the boats . Very peaceful!
