My stay at this resort was good for the one night i had to stay there. However, they placed a $50 hold on my card on the 8th of sept and almost 2 weeks later i am unable to have it removed. The room was very clean! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. We believe her name was Shae. She walked us through our stay was very informative and even checked in on us after we settled in and made the whole stay even better! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels from all over the states and it seriously does boil down to the people that actually make it worth coming back! Tell her that her personality and great customer service skills are greatly appreciated!! I hope she stays with your hotel because she’s a PHENOMENAL asset!

Pictures online made the property look great . Walked in and the smell of the building was immediately noticeable. Also smelled like weed on the 2nd/3rd floor the building. Only some lights in the room worked.

My stay at the hotel was made exceptional by the staff's warm service. Kimberly, the shuttle driver, ensured my safety and provided valuable recommendations for my stay. The front desk team was equally pleasant and made the check-in process seamless. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a bed that felt like heaven after a long day. While it's not a luxury hotel, it surpassed my expectations. We did encounter a small issue with the toilet, but the maintenance staff resolved it quickly and efficiently. The staff's kindness and dedication are truly deserving of 10 stars. The outdoor patio, pool, and jacuzzi were also impressive and perfect for someone like me who enjoys spending time in nature. I would definitely choose to stay here again for my next trip to Fort Lauderdale.
