The property is well maintained and always working to make improvements. The staff goes out of their way to make all guests feel welcome. I have had the opportunity to stay at this resort many times and they never fail to make my stay outstanding. As the Broadwalk continues to be refurbished and new businesses added it will continue make this resort even more of a great destination.

We booked this for my parents who were evacuating from their home on the west coast of Florida during hurricane Milton. They kept in contact with us in RI all of the time of their stay…telling about how wonderful it was staying there and how friendly and helpful the people working there were. It was the perfect place and we’re so grateful to everyone there. They are home now safe and sound after a 5 hour drive, that normally takes 3 hours. Thank you again!!

This is not a hotel … since we check in they trying to sell us a time share or a membership of the club…. The pool was closed and we never get informed about this prior to our travel … -the cleaning staff is totally useless -in the room we run out the toilet paper and when I spoke with the front desk they said that is only two rolls per room and any extra we have to pay for it -in general the building crew are unprofessional and uncooperative with us… and the only personal that help us was the security guys who are not part of the building crew they’re part of the private company… -the hallways smell like compactor room garbage all time …. Better to pay some more and go another place !!!

Great location, the staff were helpful and kind. However, this is a time share resort. I felt that the push to attend a meeting and buy into a time share to be quite annoying. I purchased 4 nights stay as a hotel like, not to buy in. For future reference, the pool is closed, that was not communicated as well. There will be a lot of construction over the next few years next door too!! Be aware!!

Beachfront is a great plus with the boardwalk in front of property! Key bracelets are awful and never work - it took two tries and one key card try before I could enter my room on the 12 floor from the reception floor! Staff is arrogant and Capital Vacations rep always hounding you to attend their Timeshare meeting. Never again!!

I loved the place. It just has no balconies which is a bummer. Close to a lot of cool places like Margueritavile and the beach is beautiful. The staff there was absolutely fantastic and i would go back just to see them. Thanks for a great time
