The staff was wonderful. The location is great, a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach area. Pool is super small. And it felt like maybe people that lived in the units hung out there (I am not sure that people lived in the units, but it seemed like some of them were long-term residents). Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a better route. When we unlock the door to our room, the smell almost knocked us out!!! Straight up, smell of mold, mildew, and musty. there was a dehumidifier in the room, which no one seems to dump because it was on, but not running, full of water. In a two night stay, we were dumping the very large reservoir of water every 3 to 4 hours if that tells you anything. I feel as though location does not make up for the lack of attention the hotel needs. Hardest beds ever, no box spring , just a piece of plywood and a cheap mattress on top. Sheets had stains, walls had black mold that was just painted over. Fridge was completely covered in ice and needed defrosted badly. I am no star hotel or else person, but I do expect some quality no matter where I stay and unfortunately this place failed to deliver!

The whole area was flooded. I left a day early. The room was filthy. I went outside and people were talking about robbing me. Staff did nothing to accommodate me leaving or the fact that I left early. Never again!

The sun needed to go down for the ac to be really effective, otherwise it was tolerable. The room overall was nice, but, I had to call the front desk to have my linens replaced. The accommodated my request and I was satisfied afterwards. I couldn't log on to the wifi unfortunately.

I searched for over a month to find the perfect place near the beach — something clean, convenient, and in a walkable location — and this boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. I was first greeted by Alex, who was so kind and helpful, and the rest of the team were just as wonderful throughout my 3-night stay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near a quieter, more relaxed side of Hollywood Beach. It was everything I hoped for and more — I’ll definitely be coming back!
