The sun needed to go down for the ac to be really effective, otherwise it was tolerable. The room overall was nice, but, I had to call the front desk to have my linens replaced. The accommodated my request and I was satisfied afterwards. I couldn't log on to the wifi unfortunately.

I searched for over a month to find the perfect place near the beach — something clean, convenient, and in a walkable location — and this boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. I was first greeted by Alex, who was so kind and helpful, and the rest of the team were just as wonderful throughout my 3-night stay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near a quieter, more relaxed side of Hollywood Beach. It was everything I hoped for and more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The size of the room was perfect for my husband and me — cozy, comfortable, and in a great location! It was very clean, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning between noon and 4, making sure everything was restocked and tidy each day. The only downsides were that the bathroom water never got truly hot — it stayed lukewarm at best — and a few towels and bedding items had stains. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and cleanliness of the property.
