The service at the front desk was amazing. Nothing else was amazing. The rooms were muggy and dirty. No cover over the drain in the shower, just a hole in the middle of the shower stall. There were bugs crawling on the wall and the nightstand.

The Rudest Staff and even worst Manager I have encountered in my 55 years of travelling. As a Pilot, I have been to some out-of-way places, but have never encountered a Manager who screamed at his guests and refused to let them speak. Pots and Pans were supposed to be provided, and when I requested them, they offered to sell them to me for $ 40. Stuff that woud be available at Publix or Walmart for $ 10.

There was a constant drip in the bathroom, I exterminated 4 roach, there’s no daily room service to dole out clean towels or linen, some of the workers have an unfriendly disposition, and whenever you needed towels there’s a waiting process.

My main concern with this property was the condition of the room. Dilapidated furniture. The shower was cracked on the bottom and I felt like I was going to fall through. There were also black marks, like someone was wearing shoes in the shower, which maybe what cracked the shower. Not sure how much water leaked underneath.

Worst Hotel Stay in Florida

This Hotel should undergo a full inspection with the aim of major internal and external renovation. The price charged is way too high for the poor level of service provided. The customer service is way beyond poor at all levels.

Struttura che Italia sarebbe stata già chiusa dalle autorità. Più che una struttura ricettiva sembra una sorta alloggio di ristoro, e non ci sarebbe niente di male, il problema è la stato di manutenzione ed igiene. Tutto è fatiscente rotto e, spesso, sporco, la porta è fuori squadro, il lavandino del bagno praticamente inutilizzabile. La cosa più grave è la presenza di scarafaggi. Quando me ne sono accorto la reception era chiusa e, dato l’orario del mio volo, non avrei fatto in tempo ad andare in un altro hotel e tornare in questa struttura per il check out, quindi notte in bianco ad aspettare di andarsene. La mia opinione è che è una struttura da evitare. Unica nota positiva è l’addetta al check in, gentile e disponibile. Data questa esperienza penso che non prenoterò più nessuna struttura su Hotels.com P.S. non è che la stanza fosse gratis o a buon prezzo…..

Roach infested

I stopped here for one night because I had a flight in the morning. I had to check out instantly. There were roaches crawling around the room and the environment is very unsafe. It should not be more than $20 a night for this type of environment.

Extremely rude staff. Dirty room with bugs. No refund received despite I left the property the day after, 7 days before the end of my booking. I couldn't stay in that filthy place a minute longer.

The hotel seemed to be in a nice area but we arrived about 10pm and there were 3 or 4 black men sitting, some in their car and a couple more sitting outside the hotel office door, drinking beer and eating carry out food. They did not go out of their way to let us get by to get to the office to check in. The desk clerk was behind a large glass window and it was hard to hear her and hard to understand what she was saying. We made our way to the second floor where our room was and there was another group of black men standing and sitting on the walkway by the elevator, drinking and eating carry out food. It was not a very comfortable situation. Our room featured any number of things that needed repair, like cabinet doors, toilet seat, a/c unit that sounded like a rocket ship taking off when it kicked on. There were no cups or glasses to get a drink of water. I went down to the front desk to get some cups and was told by the desk clerk that the desk closed at 11pm and if we had any problems, find security and tell them.

Hard to know where to start. (1) The room was not clean. Toilet plugged with poop and paper. Floors grimy. (2) Waited outside in the rain at 12:30 AM for THIRTY MINUTES before the inside person would acknowledge me and get me my keycard. (3) Every employee I talked with (3 people) was surly, uncaring and dismissive. (4) When I asked for a refund the response was, "I'm not authorized to make adjustments," then she turned away and disappeared. (5) After repeated requests, the front desk person loaned me a toilet plunger so I could clean the toilet out myself. No apologies were offered. At no time did I yell, use abusive language or show disrespect. I've traveled for many years. In all those years there were maybe 2 or 3 places I'd never get near again. This is definitely one of them.

If i could give less than a 1 star I would first of all hide your kids hide ya wives that place can't be safe. The air quality felt off, the room had a moldy mildew smell to it. There seemed to be water damage & honestly the pictures don't do it justice this place was horrible. I immediately went downstairs and asked for my money back. I was afraid to touch anything I was afraid for my safety and health well being they truly are cat fishing with pictures. This hotel is a Motel the 1 star goes to the young lady at the front desk who was very kind & understanding of the situation who immediately refunded my deposit. I was told i'd have to work with Expedia who i booked with to try and get a full refund on this horrible stay but best believe I did following up. Now me and my family ended up stranded in a city we're not from i was told by the hotel who gave me the deposit refund i would be getting a full refund i was then told by Expeida the same thing over the phone, i was told by Gabriella the Manager with Expedia that i was not going to get a refund because the hotel is not answering their emails or phone calls so since they cant get ahold of anyone the answer is NO i asked her is this how businesses work you cant get in touch with your partner hotels and you just says oh well too bad, the lack of help in this situation is frustrating. SHAME on everyone involved DO NOT STAY HERE hell i didnt i wouldnt put my wrost enemy here also pictures dont match the property total Catfish!
