My family and I stayed at this property late January 2025. The temperature was below 50 upon arrival and we were told there was no heat available in the building. We were told that maintenance had switched the temperature to cool and could not be switched back. All rooms have to be either hot or cold because of an old a/c system they are utilizing. We were offered blankets and froze through the night. I thought of leaving but our flight came in past midnight and we arrived to the hotel past 2am. The front desk gentleman was less than empathetic, no apologies were offered for the inconvenience. I was told I would have to take the concern to the GM; however in the same breath said I could not have the contact information for the GM. Since I booked through Travelocity, we were told by morning staff there was nothing they could do. Mind you we paid over $200 for one night in this room with no heat. Travelocity offered a $25 coupon and that was the best that could be done. I was a recurring customer to this property; however I will never return after this incident.
