Grim. I don’t think the place has been decorated since circa 1972? Various shades and textures of brown. Housekeeping do their best but sticky carpet/ upholstery just needs replacing. In addition I wasn’t allowed a cup of coffee with my ‘complimentary’ breakfast from the coffee urn that was still sitting there at 9.45. My husband was allowed, but clearly I wasn’t quick enough having to sort out the children. Neither were the other two ladies standing next to me. We were never informed the time of breakfast either so didn’t know we were on a ticking rush. I asked if I could get a cup since it was still sitting there but no, I was told I would have to go and buy one from the cafe ‘desk’ instead. Oh dear.

Front desk receptionist were very friendly and helpful, a great start to my vacation. Room was pretty large with couch and kitchenette in adjoining room to king bed. Only regret was that there’s no microwave!

Very nice accommodations and friendly people. It was a close walk to the restaurant we chose. Also had a shuttle from the airport and a shuttle to the cruise ship. Our stay included a free breakfast which was enjoyable. Plan to stay here again in March.

There was an unexpected parking fee. After I was checked in the lady checking me in said “oh, and parking is $10.” The door to our room was coming off the hinges. They need to do some renovations to this old property. The staff didn’t seem to appreciate our family with small children eating breakfast in the lobby so they didn’t ask but told us to move to their conference room to eat. We were almost finished eating so it was a hassle. And for what? Not a great experience.

If i could sumbit the pictures of my room here i would but i will leave that for my google review. We stayed two nights here 10/13 & 10/14 and stayed in room 504. The whole property was dark and dirty. The wall paper in my room was being held up with staples. The "Queen bed" was a full and the most uncomfortable bes i have ever slept it. The aide table was falling off the wall. There is water damage above the AC unit and the wall is bubbled up in two places. It appears the curtains have never been cleaned and covered in who knows what. I would never reccomend this place to stay. The only thing positive was the staff they were pleasant and friendly.
