The room was like a suite. A big bang for your bucks. I disembarked the ship at 9:00 and was at the hotel by 10:00 or a bit later. While we could not check in til 3:00 pm, the host allowed us to leave our bags in his locked staff area and gave us a pool pass so we could swim in the pool and then go to lunch at the nearby shopping place. All the staff were amazing. In the morning, I would have missed my lyft if it weren't for the hostess who helped me "confirm" the pickup. They were all incredibly kind and positive. I highly recommend staying here.

They might have been short staffed, because a lot of amenities weren't available. The restaurant closed early, the bar was out of liquor, and transportation to the port was 40 minutes late before I gave up and got a Lyft.

Overall comfortable and clean hotel, breakfast was ok, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Only one elevator appeared to be working and it was slow.
