I must be honest, checking was good, but shortly after I went to the room to get into bed looked at the sheets and the comforter it had white clumpy stains. I didn't wanted to go to the front desk I was so tired from a 5 hour drive. I just want new sheets and comforter. I went into the hall spotted the housekeeper female and ask her forclean sheets and comforter. Her reply was there is none, then walked off to go into another room. Then I turn around to go to the front desk but I met the floor supervisor she was much pleasant and went to the room to see wat i was talking about. She said she would send someone to make up the bed and she did what she said by sending someone. I didn't allow the next person to make my bed I was fine with doing it myself. Please they need to pay attention to details. 1/27/25. Room 211

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen and been in..
It was the worst stay ever. The room was dusty, dirty, smelly, rusty, broken furniture, horrible carpet, uncomfortable bed , dirty bathroom, cob webs and spiders found. I told this assistant general manager Vanesly Roman and she said if I the hotel is not up to my standards I can go find another hotel.

Other than the damaged corner of sink next to bathroom. Excellent room and stay. Hotel was great. Bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Convenient area next to Broward Mall. I would stay here again.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, I casually mentioned that I have occasional difficulty with mobility, and they changed my room to the ground floor close to the lobby, which was greatly appreciated! Another front desk gentleman offered to go upstairs to retrieve ice for me. Your staff are such a wonderful asset, and we plan to stay here from now on instead of searching for other places. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!
