Other than the damaged corner of sink next to bathroom. Excellent room and stay. Hotel was great. Bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Convenient area next to Broward Mall. I would stay here again.

Really nice hotel and staff were very accommodating. Only thing I wasn’t to fond of was that the AC in the rooms were set to a fixed setting I.e. it got pretty cold when it was time for bed. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

They clean the rooms every other day that was different staff was very friendly and very helpful breakfast was good but they only serve popcorn eggs so you might want to stick to the boiled eggs . But overall there was a four star

Nice hotel with friendly staff and located within walking distance of places to eat. My only complaint was the wifi. I was in a room on the ground floor and was not able get wifi in my room.

I was very pleased with my stay at Hyatt Place Plantation/Fort Lauderdale. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. All the staff members were wonderful. It was a good value for the price.

Property is old, dirty and smells like mold . We travel with a small child and the dirty smelly hotel was concerning. Especially after my husband started feeling really sick (sneezing coughing and even had a fever) from thats nasty smell of mold. And our booking was for 7 night. So after 5 nights we told the staff that we had to check out early and we booked a different hotel for our remaining stay. The front desk staff assured us that it was no problem and that we would get refunded for the remaining days. That was untill we contacted our booking agent to ask about the refund and they contacted the hotel, and to my surprise they refused to refund us anything. They said we will be charged 0 of our booking and refused to refund us anything. After assuring me that we will get refunded for the remainder 2 days. At the time of check out. Its a greedy company they dont provide any complimentary coffee, tea or water outside the breakfast hours. The pool towels are locked up. They only have housekeeping every other day. Horrible experience

At night the lighting around the property (car park) was inadequate. The room was not cleaned thoroughly after room service. However, the general experience was good. The room was spacious and the staff was pleasant. Convenient location to restaurants and malls.
