I was checked in to room 415 and the door had problems opening and the A/C wasn’t turning on, I was moved to room 425 and the tv control remote wasn’t working, went to the front desk and the receptionist was giving me attitude and told me he couldn’t move me no more and that he was going to give another control but him 20 mins to do so. In the morning the elevator was out of order. Had to go down the stairs.

No one at front desk. Had to walk around the side to ask the custodian for front desk help. The front desk staff was unprofessional and unapologetic @ not being there when we arrived. Same issue at check out. Bathroom was not clean, toilet not flushing properly, no was not entirely sure of the bedding cleanliness.

I stayed for 9 nights from August 8 to 17, the location is perfect and the service too, the breakfast was not very good... in fact I was only able to eat it on two days, I didn't feel like eating it... the worst thing was the beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn't find a solution so they would give me better beds

I like that it has free breakfast and staff were very nice. The facility is kind of old with that smell of old carpet. But overall the staff makes ot worth it to stay

Cons: place is a bit old and there's a smell of old carpets. There is not much hot water (but i didn't complain because it didn't really bother me). Pros: offers complimentary breakfast (but the sausages were gone from last year). The STAFF were very FRIENDLY and NICE.

Accessible room 109 not accessible. Queen bed not accessible from both sides of bed. There is no way a walker rollator or wheelchair would work.Room smelled. Bathroom areas rusty and soiled corners. Door to bathroom not clean. Microwave so small cup barely fits. Only 1 washcloth supplied for two people. Hot water good and hot from sink.

Inside of building is beautiful. Outdoor property looks abandoned. Nothing changed since my last stay, except someone sprayed weed killer. Dead weeds still there. Other weeds are still knee high and waist high in some areas. Bushes untrimmed for months. No coffee in the room for the coffee pot. Went to front desk to ask for coffee; no one there - office dark.
