I was checked in to room 415 and the door had problems opening and the A/C wasn’t turning on, I was moved to room 425 and the tv control remote wasn’t working, went to the front desk and the receptionist was giving me attitude and told me he couldn’t move me no more and that he was going to give another control but him 20 mins to do so. In the morning the elevator was out of order. Had to go down the stairs.

This hotel is a 0/10 experience. The customer service is poor, the hotel, sheets and room were dirty, the doors were very difficult to open, the elevator gave trouble and the smell was unpleasant. This was a horrible experience and I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

Service not existant, this building hasn't been maintained in years our door had been kicked in previous to our stay, the toilet paper holder off the wall, bath tub was chipped off, dirty ceiling and lights flickered. Air conditioning worked, comfy beds.

The hotel has a bad appearance from the entrance. The outside area is not well maintained, only one person is in charge of the reception and the breakfast area, the water and soda vending machines do not work, if you need water you have to buy it in the reception and it costs 1 dollar for a small bottle, on Sunday morning a car was broken into, some thieves broke the side window and the manager's response was that they are not responsible for what happens outside the hotel. I do not recommend it.

Initially, I went to the La Quinta across the street thinking that it was my hotel. The receptionist told me that I had the wrong hotel...the right hotel was across the street. When I got to the right one, I got the impression that this was the original hotel and that it should of been closed down when the new one was built. The elevator is old...carpet is stained..the male receptionist at the desk had a nasty cold and was touching my identification card, credit card and key...the breakfast was mediocre. The best thing was the comfortable bed and the area being quiet

Although they advertise a beautiful functioning pool with plenty of seating this was NOT the case. All the chairs were either filthy, dirty or broken and as a result, there was nowhere to sit around the pool. The pool itself appeared to not have been cleaned for weeks. There were fire ants surrounding the pool and dirt inside the pool. Since we were there for two weeks, this obviously spoiled our vacation. The rooms themselves need to be updated. The chair by the desk in the room and the love seat, were both covered in stains - Leaving nowhere else in the room to sit besides the bed. Although the bed was supposed to have new sheets put on every three days, We were there two weeks and they change the sheets only twice. As far as towels, we got two bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth and it was a battle to get fresh ones every day. There was a beautiful fountain outside that had potential, however I don’t think it has been cleaned in months and it was green and slimy and attracting bugs and other animals. As if all of this is not enough, we have to change rooms because the smell was so bad there was no going nose blind.

Coffee maker in room had no pot to make coffee. Room was not serviced the first 3 days of stay. Breakfast so so. TV channels very limited. Remote control broke down twice and had to be replaced. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder so it sat on the back of the toilet. Front desk man very, very helpful. Maid who cleaned from after 3 days extremely pleasant. I liked the staff.
