Everyone on the phone was great! When I got there the lady who checked me in was just short and snappy. She could have been nicer. Also, I picked this location because I wanted by the beach and cook my own food. She knew that I am in a room with a kitchen. I had to call 3 times for all the kitchen stuff like cooking and eating… I finally had to go down there. She was still snappy when she should have done that in the first place.

Besides the check in that is very long and seems to only take cash for the convenience store, once you check in it's really actually nice. There are places for you to get rest/ peace and there are places that are full of music and action. It all depends on what you are looking for. I found the prices to be affordable and I am going to stay with them again and again.

Donna..es su nombre fue super grosera conmigo porque yo estaba haciendo una segunda fila para cojer un poco de cafe..me dijo que ya yo habia cojido MI desayuno y que me fuera y encambio iso que Todo Los DE atras de mi pasaran adelante..jamas en mi vida me havia pasado Esto..y me dijo delante DE todas Las personas que estaban ahi.. El personal expectacular las habitaciones limpias pero los cristales por fuera debemos limpiarlo de vez en vez la parte mantenimiento de la instalación hay que revisar porque en la noche llovió y me cayó del techo un pedazo del filo en la cabeza nada de que preocupar pero señala que requiere de mantenimiento ya. Por lo demás los felicito

Dirty dirty dirty!!!! Needs updated do very badly!!! The semo view of the ocean os through a very dirty window and includes the homeless lady living in her van. They nickle and dime you for everythin. Parking (which Im sure the homeless lady doesnt pay for but me as a guest to the hotel has to pay for)A cleaning fee for a room with a inch of dust everywhere and floors that require shoes to be worn at all times. And dont even think about asking for a extra hour or two late check out might as well pay for an additional night because the charge for late check out is ridiculous!!!

It’s a great little getaway for the cost. You can’t beat it unfortunately, do not get room 2424. The bed is terrible 2404. Bed is wonderful. Next time. I’ll make sure to request that room but if you’re just looking for a nice getaway on the beach and some really nice people this is the hotel for you.

Don't stay here at all.
Bad neighborhood, immediately checked out after 15 minutes. Dirty, gross, not somewhere you want to stay with your family. Front desk is very rude, they didnt want to refund anything. Even though the pictures didnt look like the hotel.
