The hotel itself was very good, clean, in an exceptional location. The room was good, clean. There was a construction going on in the neighbouring property, and it was very noisy. If not for the noise, this hotel's location offers really convenient stay, especially for people who love beach, and some beach related activities.

No hot water for 27 hours upon arrival!!! Couldn’t take a shower after all day traveling. No apologies, no compensation.no NOTHING! Hot water went out on the 3rd day of our stay as well. Go stay next door

Disappointing Stay at Ocean Sky
Had to move mid stay because the hotel wanted to do remodel work in our room. They would not honor any requests for location placement. The hotel was at a very low occupancy level due to time of year and inclement weather. They still would not honor a different location. We were placed directly above the room we had to move from. So we got to hear the construction sounds from the room below constantly throughout our stay. No type of compensation was offered for our trouble or the disruption to our vacation. We paid for their “premium” renovated room.

Disappointed Hurricane Guest
We were staying due to Hurricane Milton. The room was very nice. I was upset due to the circumstances. The front desk staff was not helpful or concerned at all about guests that may have been displaced due to the hurricane. They did not give helpful information about the resort, what they offered or where things were located. The desk staff acted annoyed that I even asked how to get to my room. I did not find any of the staff either friendly or helpful except the valet staff.

The A/C system in the room was inconsistant at best and either boiled or froze you. The floor was wet with condensation from the A/C. The valet parking people were excellent but the cost of $20.00 per night could have been in the room cost instead of and add on, Door to the balcony would not open - handle/lock broken. Location was great but desk staff not so good. I would not stay there again.

Less crowded hotel. Hotel has renovated rooms and elevator which access conveniently to beach and pools. Food was pricey and limited options. However, the balcony door needs to be replaced with a more secured lock. Depends on which side is your room you can see the beach view and other neighbor hotels . One side was doing their constructive and was noisy . The other side , was a very old view of its neighbor hotel .
