This property is nothing like the description online. We had no furniture in our room besides a bed and a television stand. The television itself was blurry. Only one light worked. There were holes in the walls and writing on them. Only one of four elevators worked and the one that did was scary to say the least. There is almost no water pressure in the shower. The entire first floor smells of mold. The common area to get ice looks like someone started demolition and gave up partway through.

Was horrible checked in after 45 minutes waiting in line. Went to room smells horrible counters in bathroom were nasty. Left key on desk and went and got another room. Somewhere else. Line for front desk was out the door and only one peraon checking people in. Several pther employees just standing around talking.

The property was not as described in the add and pictures. It was dirty and nasty. Elevator was not working. Bed is low to the ground and has no support. Horrible mattress. Mildew in the bathroom. Just horrible. A waste of hard earned money.

Dirty floors, paint peeling of the walls, curtains did not close properly. There was dead roaches and live one's in the room. The only restroom light did not work at first and we showered using our cell phone flashlight. All the exit doors to the rear of hitel were locked not sure if thats some kind of fire code violation or not but very inconvenient. I can positively say i will never step one foot in this place again. The front desk girl was polite and professional. Tried loading pictures of this awful place but app won't allow me to.

This is one of the worst places I have stayed ever. RJ’s place is a dump. I have no idea how they have 3.5 rating. The pics posted on line are false advertisement. I have pictures and videos of the true condition of this place. Terrible!

Don’t ! Don’t go there!!
Bad service, dirty and stinky ! Don’t go there. We arrived after 30 hours of flight around 23:30. When reaching the room we found out that we have only one bath towel , we wanted to call the reception , but the phone is not working and even not connected by cord. I went down asking for towels , tge receptionist gave me 2 hands towels and told me this is what we have ( we were 4 people , me and 3 children). Tge next day when we came back to the room after traveling the city , nobody fixed the bed , garbage bins were full and of course no towels… On the third morning , I came to the reception asking why didn’t you clean the room ? They were accusing me for not asking for service… Furthermore , one elevator was out of service, bad smells in the elevator and very out of date place…
