Yes, they have free shuttle for the airport and cruise terminal. But it took me 3 phone calls and 90 minutes to get a ride from the airport. They should have at least 1 person that can speak and understand english to avoid these issues. When I got out of the shower my feet were dirty immediately from walking on the floor. There was a alarm clock that was just sitting on a table with nowhere to plug it in even if you wanted to. The water wouldn't get hot enough for a decent shower. Don't stay here, EVER.

Clean, well appointed and a good price
This is not a wonderful hotel but it was very clean and well appointed. It is obvious that they are working on improving the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The additional services such as shuttles to the airport and cruise port is a nice add on. You can't walk to many restaurants but there are drivable ones near by. Our only complaint was that it was noisy due to the way the building was built. If you want a clean well appointed hotel at a good price, this is one.

the photos hid the current state of run down flea bag hotel. The only thing good about it was cost and location. I will stay elsewhere on next trip to area and would not reccomend this to anyone

Hotel in industrial area. The only good things were free shuttle and front desk clerk was very good. Room was disgusting. We were "upgraded" to two queen fronm 2 double. One bed was clearly slept in. Sheets on one side all wrinkly and other side pressed. Pillows looked like battlefield bandages from war of 1812. Blood on pillow, hair in bed. TV screen had substance splatter all over it. The only updates were the ceramic floors. Slept with towel over pillow hoping it was clean, and with my cloths on so not to dirty my skin

Our bed and bathroom were clean and we found an area to sit outside. We used the free shuttle and were allowed early check in. Gets on at the front desk was a great help and iur shuttle drivers were top notch!
