We had a great time on our honeymoon. The hand held shower head didn’t work which was a bummer but the water pressure made up for it. Probably best water pressure in a shower I’ve ever experienced. I ordered rose petals for the room for $75 and they were synthetic and left red marks on my clothing. Housekeeping never cleaned the room the only full day we were there so we were stuck with the rose petals. The dining and entertainment was superb. Club was closed Wednesday night but we had fun at PLA. Overall I would return to visit but I wouldn’t stay there overnight. Too much money for too little. It’s a mixed review but the basics were neglected.

Great hotel and casino! Plenty of restaurant options and shopping. The pool areas are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit.

The customer service was disappointing. Waited an hour to check in. One staff did not not even acknowledge me and another staff finally helped me and she was kind. Other staff around the hotel were uninviting. The guitar outside is super cool!!! The swimming area was awesome!!! Just smelled like pee in the room I stayed in.

Amazing stay!
Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are clean and bathroom is a great size. Front desk staff for check in/out very kind and welcoming. Security was awesome and vigilant, appreciated the attentiveness to hotel guest and casino guest, not allowing any wonders go up.
