The room size we had one king bed, and two queen beds for two adult children so it was nice to have the room in the little kitchen area even though we didn’t use it I would definitely stay here again the room was awesome everybody there was super nice and I appreciate that.

James and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with a mechanical problem with our rv. Instead of being stranded before our cruise, we were our shopping 3hrs later, and for a reasonable price. Everyone has to have "a guy"! This was the best smelling hotel we've ever been in! Someone was always cleaning and maintaining the facility. The pool was clean, and very refreshing. My only point of contention is with the beverages. The coffee kept running out, and was not maintained throughout the day or night. We are a coffee drinking family and were disappointed that we could not come down and grab a coffee whenever we wanted. The pop machine was also turned off right after breakfast! That makes NO sense to me at all. Other than those two things, we had a wonderful time, met some wonderful people, and will highly consider staying here the next time we are in Florida. WELL DONE!!

I was really impressed with the layout and condition of the property. It seems new or newly renovated. The breakfast buffet had some good choices, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won't be our last. The hotel staff is FABULOUS and truly make you feel comfortable when traveling. Their breakfast in the morning are great and parking is super convenient. The on ramp to Florida's turnpike is right there and makes it easy to get to where we need to go. I highly recommend!

Refused to pick me up at the airport though says clearly airport shuttle after asking about it the night before. Basically called ma a liar when I said I already asked about it. Reserved a shuttle for the cruise port Tuesday night. After the airport fiasco asked and weren’t on the list. Luckily we’re still able to get the shuttle. Desk staff were not knowledgeable and messed most everything up. Most of the food was burnt.
