The location is excellent and you’re given 2 chairs/umbrellas at the beach which is across from the hotel. The oceanfront room has a full view of the pool and beach from the balcony. The hotel is older and needs to be updated. Also, the staff was not friendly.

Wonderful time
I only stayed one night here but I had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the place was comfortable, and the pool was wonderful. The restaurant good and staff were also excellent.

Definitely our new spot to stay
We stayed in a 1-King bedroom suite with ocean view and it was huge for the 2 of us. Plenty of space in every room including the bathroom with a separate toilet. Plenty of closet space. And the kitchenette was fully stocked to cook a meal if needed. Room service was quick and delicious…only waited 20 for our food. However, valet service could use a few more folks to help over the weekends or holidays when the hotel is packed. One time we waited almost 30 minutes for someone to take our car when arrived and there were more guests waiting for their cars.

Beautiful view, room was overall very nice and spacious, nice bathroom size and shower, however the toilet needed to be serviced multiple times as it was broken. It took quite some time to happen. Some staff members were very kind, but a few in particular were incredibly rude. The beds are SO uncomfortable- feels like a super cheap, super firm mattress. We left and went to a different resort.

There was a fire at the hotel. We all had to leave our rooms at 5 am in the morning. A dryer was burning and we were all on the street for over an hour. No communication, no apology and no compensation for the incident, such as a breakfast or a drink or a refund for the night. The food at restaurant was overpriced and terrible - burned pork and apparently the last one. At least they apologized and made it up. This was our 2nd time at the property because we had a great time last time. We brought friends , but we won't come back. Very disappointing! Also beach chairs complementary but the umbrella $30. Absolutely worthless - who needs beach chairs with no umbrella. Also waited forever for towels at the beach.
