Best fitness gym, which targetted main muscle groups, including details ones. Convenient washroom, complimentary fruit, water, chilled towels, aed, emergency telephone, music, yoga mats/balls, med. Balls, 24/7 availability. Lots of treadmills. Great reasonably priced restaurant, Lona. Mexican/american food with a great view of the beach. Microwave in first floor, computers availabile. Safe environment for kids and spouse to explore. Big rooms, great matresses, firm. Shower gels/soap/conditioner are a cut , above others. Towels are so soft and absorbent.

I liked that the beach is right across the street. I am disappointed when we checked in the hotel they said it was $55.00 a night for Valet, I did not see that on the website. Even the locals said those prices are crazy!

This was our first time staying at the Westin, but it will not be our last. The staff was always very friendly, especially Andres at the reception. After having a negative experience flying to Fll and arriving 18hours later (almost 3 am) from what was supposed to be a 3 hrs flight, Andres made the difference. He turned this into a complete positive vacation.

I was with my wife for 6 days, and can't complain. Close to the beach, food was very good and afforadble. I dont know why people are complaining. You will never find perfect hotel , especially for that price. Clean tidy and quiet, what else that you want
