They had our room ready before check in time which was really nice since our cruise ship arrived in port in the morning. The rooms, pool, and restaurant were excellent and the location is just across the street from the beach.

The property is in a convenient location, clean, and appears safe. The rooms are nice, although I would have preferred two queen beds. Parking is expensive, and there is no choice but to have valet, so an additional tip is also needed. The beach is across the street. I was not pleased to hear there was a charge for beach umbrellas. All should be included in the price.

From the moment we came in we were greeted by the Bonvoy representative Rica and she was wonderful! She was so friendly and gave us the layout of the hotel and all the restaurants which made the check in a breeze. The view from the room was beautiful also. We had breakfast at Lona and the service was great also. The only thing I would say is that the elevators from the pool to cross over to the beach were not working so that was a bummer but everything else was so nice that we ultimately just didn’t worry about it.

I found the receptionists were well dressed, brilliant and very helpful, especially Stefan. Rooms were clean. Terrace music far too loud for me to drink/ dine there. I tbink it woild help if dining room staff had a dress code or uniform.

Great hotel and staff. Kids loved the pool and the bridge to the beach is perfect. Chairs on the beach are included and food is available right on the beach. Great for families.

We had a horrible stay here. The property is extremely tired and run down. Pillows were awful and they claimed they had no alternates. At 2:30 in the morning, a staff member loudly shouted “Housekeeping” in the hallway then proceeded to knock loudly on a door. A fan in our room lordly clicked ask night long. Will never stay at this Westin again.
