Vacation Perfection in this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Pool home with an outdoor area that will take your vacation to new heights. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ, Movie Night by the Heated Pool, or hit the town for a night out. Location makes this Oasis your new favorite vacation spot! Modern Convenience and a taste of mid-century come together in a private and immaculate home flavored with special touches to exceed your expectations.

The Master bedroom w/French doors that open to the pool/patio has a king bed and a large ensuite master bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen adjustable bed ensuring your nights are as great as your days. Bedroom 3 can double as a private bedroom with a double bed or a high-speed access office with everything you need to get away from it all while you stay connected. We invite you to relax and enjoy our home from the TV room with its beautiful view of the pool to the recently updated kitchen that is ready for your culinary creations. Everything you need to have your best vacation!

Security is paramount and we have equipped the home with Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors throughout, window/door alarms, a 6' privacy fenced pool area, and impact windows/doors. When you are ready to get out and enjoy the sun, you are only minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beaches or a short ride to Miami and Palm Beach. The home is located in Poinsettia Heights, one of Fort Lauderdale's hottest and safest neighborhoods with Tennis and Pickleball courts a block away, quiet streets for an evening stroll, or just sit on the front porch and watch the day fade away.

We have lived in Fort Lauderdale for many years and are eager to make recommendations, share ideas, or help you plan something unique and special. We invite you to enjoy Florida as much as we do! We love our neighbors and expect you to respect them as well by adhering to the following rules:

- Pet-friendly - talk to us, and let's get to know your furry friends

- No smoking (Any product that generates smoke or vapors except in outdoor/patio areas)

- Please note there is an extra fee ($80 per week) to run the pool heater for multiple days. Also, the pool heater and pump will not run 24 hours a day but will come on at 6 am and go off at 6 pm unless special arrangements are made.

- No parties or gatherings without approval
- Check-in is generally After 3 PM and Check-out by 10 AM (Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will try to accommodate your request)

- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8:00 AM (see Fort Lauderdale noise codes for more details)

- Any guest who is contacted about the rules above and does not adhere to these rules will be evicted.

A MUST Stay!
This experience was 5 star from beginning to end. To date this has been my favorite VRBO. This house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood but not too far from as much nightlife or beach life you could ever want. The outdoor space is amazing and the host has literally thought of EVERY detail you could think of to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will book this property again!

Beautiful home
We had a Great time. This house had all the amenities for going to the beach, or staying by the lit pool (which is just as appealing - they've landscaped the back yard to be a little oasis). The fenced yard meant that we didn't have to worry about letting our pup walk freely as she entertained herself, stalking the lizards. It's perfectly located to be convenient to A1A, Sunrise Blvd, and the night life in Wilton Manors.

Stacy is more than accommodating, and the pool area is perfect for total relaxation without the sand in your food! Loved the whole experience, comfortable beds, top quality towels, it was just absolutely perfect. Even got to watch the iguanas on the rooftop next door, had not seen them in the 'wild' so that was fun for us. Our only regrets of the week: we wanted to stay longer and we wanted to get to know Stacy and Bob better! Thank you so much, we loved the whole week!

We were completely satisfied! Excellent communication with Stacy. Home was clean and tastefully decorated with eclectic style.The beds were comfortable with plenty of sheets, towels, washcloths etc. Stacy is a very considerate and caring man. He saw that my friend was in a wheelchair and offered a sterilized shower chair and suggestions for his comfort. Heated up the pool whenever he thought we might need that extra warmth. We did leave as friends.

Perfect Home Away From Home
The house was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts take great pride in this rental and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Communication with them was top notch and they were always quick to respond with answers to questions and very helpful with suggestions of activities, restaurants, and beach destinations. The pool was well stocked with floaties/toys for the kids and the outdoor patio was beautiful place to relax, eat dinners, and enjoy the days and nights during our stay. We had rain a few days and Stacy made sure to check in to see if we wanted the pool heated so we could still enjoy it despite the weather. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for cooking dinners during our stay. The beds were very comfortable in all rooms. It was located in a very friendly and quite neighborhood and it was very easy to get to many of the beaches along A1A. It was also a very short distance to several grocery stores and restaurants. We were sad to leave but should we find our way to Ft. Lauderdale again we hope to return to this tropical oasis!

Absolutely Amazing!!
My wife and I spent five memorable nights with our two little boys at this property & our experience was exceptional! The backyard oasis will simply take your breath away! The pool was pristine and provided our kids with endless entertainment! We loved the outdoor lounging/eating area as it provides you with multiple options to choose from. The interior of the house was amazing and very well maintained!! All of the beds are super comfy! The owners of this home are the type of people that make you feel like you have know them for years. Stacy went above & beyond to ensure that our trip was perfect!!

Fabulous stay in Fort Lauderdale
I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this house was by far my best experience. The house was excellent inside and out. The house was fully equipped and stocked. The yard is fully fenced which my dog really enjoyed. I would definitely stay again. Hosts did everything they could to assure we had a great stay!

Wonderful Florida home, even better owner!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property is even nicer than what we expected!! Beautiful house accented by an absolutely gorgeous backyard. The pool, landscaping, sitting and dining outdoor areas are to die for. The house has every amenity you would want or need and everything is clean and in pristine condition.
