Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 6 ( pullout couch in the living room)
Newly remodeled with brand new furniture.
The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 6, queen size bed in each of the bedrooms plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite complimentary Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our BBQ grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a shared laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.

If your looking for a place to stay - don't hesitate to book this! Everything was fantastic, the beds super comfy, the view out the bed window to the pool utterly relaxing. Being able to sit down, spend time, and swim with my family was awesome. The early morning stroll to the beach is perfect! Even before we got there the host was amazing answered questions, provided a list of restaurants, and responded quickly to questions while there. Thank you for a very lovey stay!

Quant and clean, 2 or so blocks from the beach. We enjoyed watching the parade of great boats float right by the back dock and pool area - made for hours of fun.

There was a lack of detail, for example out of 3 bulbs above the bathroom mirrors one had 1 working and the other 2 and the pool was not cleaned the week we were there.and was dirty on arrival. Also the garden furniture was nothing like the photograph.

Wonderful stay in Pompano Beach
We very much enjoyed our time at this condo. It is located a couple blocks from easy beach access, had good beach chairs and a wagon for transport and when we were done at the beach we enjoyed sitting by the small pool and intercoastal water watching the boats go by. Highly recommend - all interactions with the host were also excellent. thanks!

Pleasant stay
We stayed one week at this attractive property. It’s location was very convenient to Publix and Whole Foods, as well as a shared pedestrian walk adjacent to the beach. The property faced the inter coastal. The very small pool was good for “dipping” and many guests just cooled off by just standing in it conversing with other guests. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath apartment that was attractive though cluttered. There were tchotch-kes throughout the apartment on almost every flat surface. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were adequate but 3 cups and minimum dishes were not. As other reviewers have noted it is best to be prepared to purchase paper goods if staying longer than a week. Also salt and pepper, soap, detergents, etc. The area is quiet and conducive to walking. We were fortunate to share our stay with couples from various parts of the US who were good neighbors and easy company. Overall, this rental is very good for a week’s stay.
