Clean place and convenient being so close to the ocean. Manager was very helpful with answering my questions and providing great information. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The walls were pretty thin, so had some inconsiderate neighbors throughout the night that bothered. Lots of amenities, such as Beach towels, lawn chairs, and even bikes available to check out and use.

Loved the property, the price and the fast communication with the agrr we by when we needed it. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. We used the bikes every morning. We will come back again.

While the property manager Vickie was more than attentive and responsive to our needs, the issues of outdated furnishings and appearance couldn't have been addressed by her. Two major issues were a rusty shower faucet, and dog feces in the pool area and on the pool border.

This place was super cute. Host was kind enough to put out a special welcome gift and decoration for my husband's birthday. We utilized the microwave, air fryer, Keurig, and refrigerator they provided. We also did a load of laundry at no cost. There were a couple of bikes we rode to a nearby sports bar to catch a Chargers game. We had a great stay!

The owner of this establishment was amazing. She personally checked on us and made sure everything was perfect. The location is within a short walk to the beach. Plenty of shopping in the area. Love this location and will return again.

I was thoroughly surprised by the peace and quiet this location gave! My birthday was absolutely amazing! The beach being close, the casino nearby and just the overall atmosphere was everything I loved and more! I know some people complained about having to pay the cleaning fee beforehand, but it wasn’t as bad as you think! Vickie was amazing at helping us and giving the directions to the location! You must give this place a try even if you think some bad reviews will deter you. I promise it’s everything and more! I have dubbed this place “A Hidden Gem”!!

Vickie was wonderful with communications and the place was not only as described but even a better value. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and even sunblock. The little things matter! The place was super clean and a one minute walk to a gorgeous safe beach. Will be glad to stay here again if the opportunity comes my way!

Really clean and comfortable. The cooking area was very small however although all the appliances were brand new. There was no room for using the kettle and air fryer. Great pool, also really clean, only a few steps from the apartment. Beach chairs and towels were also provided. Would definitely stay again. Lovely apartment

Cutest property ever! Loved that it was small and quiet. The room was upstairs with large windows all around! It did not have an ocean view but was a very quick walk to the beach. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend! The pool deck definitely needs work but the pool itself was clean and refreshing!

The perfect place for a solo weekend! The property is older and could use a little TLC, but the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. I could hear my neighbors, but they were young and having a good time. Overall it was a mix of families, couples. The bikes and chairs are an added bonus and really made the beach time easy! I needed assistance with the bike locks and I got a text back quickly.
