Vacation and relax poolside in a 1300 sf studio apartment across the street from the beach and nature preserve. White sand beach access is 0.2 miles to the north, and Lover’s Key state park (now open!) is .5 miles to the south. Publix is open and 3 miles away. Close to exceptional restaurants in Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Please note that the Island is still suffering the impacts of the devastation of Ian.

Fully stocked kitchen with glass top range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, keurig coffee maker, and all the other essentials for a l great meal after a day at the beach. .

We provide towels for the beach, beach chairs, and towels. Bikes available upon request.

Pets are welcome. $50/night per pet

You have access to the private studio, shared pool, jacuzzi and fenced back yard.

Parking for up to 2 cars in driveway.

This is a house with two other units. You can rent all the units, which would be the entire house. The unit you are looking at is the has 1 bedroom and bathroom. Ask if you want the entire house, with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and three kitchens this is the entire house rental ,
