Very nice clean quiet stay, will be back. Need to have coffee in the lobby in the early morning, staff was VERY unpleasant when we asked for coffee at 5 am. Bathroom barn door on bathroom is very hard to open (ADA bathroom too, somebody could get trapped in there until the cleaners arrived!!) Really nice stay tho.

Everything was OK with the stay. The only problem was that the pool wasn't working, and we couldn't use the pool after a hot day outside. It's didn't say anything about the pool being closed, when we made the reservation.

The stay was great! I’ll go into why it was great in just a sec. I did want to say that the check in process was 50/50 depending who was at the desk. There was a woman there when I first walked in at around 11:30 (we were switching resorts and had refrigerated things so came to this one as soon as I checked out of the other one). The woman at the desk had a pissed off look and when I came up to the desk she said “can I help you” in a very nasty way. I politely said I’m checking in. Without her even looking at the computer she very rudely said “check in is at 3” (I am aware of that but hotels always see if there are any rooms available to check in guests early or apologize that there are no rooms available at the moment) so then I said “I’m aware but I’m coming from another resort and have stuff that needs to be refrigerated so I just wanted to check and see. She replies with “check in is at 3”. No apology, no attempt to find a resolution for my refrigerated items, nothing. I asked if there was an ice machine. She showed me where it was and followed me to it as if I was going somewhere I shouldn’t be going to. Then a nice man from the hotel comes and sees I’m struggling to get the ice and assists in getting me bags to put it in and apologizes. He turned everything around just by being nice. He is why I’m giving this a great review. The room was great too. Free breakfast was great, along with the free coffee/water. The room was very clean, comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom

Beautiful modern classy and new
This beautiful hotel was just built in dec 2023 Exceptionally nice. The sign was not up yet though but they are working on it and the pool is still under construction but we didn’t need it for our stay anyway Loved the smoke free super modern comfy room with refrigerator and microwave and the bathroom was so large and classy with a big walk in shower and long vanity and mirror Huge dining area for the breakfast with lots of choices Will definitely stay here again

There was a lady in the morning during breakfast who was really friendly. She always made sure she spoke and asked if you needed anything. Her customer service was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to food places.
