No hot tub . They said it would be fixed and wasn’t . The first floor room that we were first given smelled like mold. They quickly gave us a new room. Our second room was dusty but had nice beds. The breakfast was decent and the hotel was close to Sanibel Island. All in all our stay was ok.

Lovely hotel. Nice big pool and the hot tub is actually open ! Good breakfast, nice staff. Publix short walk, gas station next door.

Mini fridge did not work, Room telephone did not work, No Ice available. No Hot water (Luke warm was the best it got). Shower (tub) was very slippery ..... Fell out of the shower onto the toilet then floor. Reported to the desk (had to walk there as the phone didn't work). Manager said that non-slip mats are a hazard and not available. Didn't seem concerned regarding the fall at all.

Let’s begin with the bad. The rooms had a very strong smell of mold. The smell causes me to get horrible headaches which develop into migranes and then I get sick. I asked for a room change which the front desk person was willing to do. I didn’t take the room as that smelled just as bad. There was a bed or some furniture missing from the room as half of it was empty. The outlets by the TV didn’t work and neither did the TV so I used my laptop instead. The good: it was very close to Sanibel where the hotels are outrageously expensive and this one was very inexpensive. The breakfast was good with hot options and healthy options. It was also quiet. I didn’t use the pool or any other facilities at the hotel so I can’t comment on them. Because of the smell, I can’t stay at this hotel again.

My room had adult and baby roaches crawling around my fridge, my headboard and the bathroom floor and walls. The staff didnt not think it was a big deal. They said " its because your room is older"
