View is great, room is very clean and well equipped. The bed is way too soft though, it almost feels like a deflating air mattress when you first sit down. Definitely needs a new mattress.

The hotel and room were nice but the area around the hotel was noisy until 1:30AM each night. Idea: provide free air plugs in the room. Coffee packet pour overs are a GREAT idea. Also, it took over 45 minutes to get in our room due room keys that didn't work and after three tries it was finally determined the lock battery was dead. My wife waited in the hallway the whole time waiting for someone to resolve the problem.

Check in took 30 minutes. Only one employee working. Only one coffee cup in the room. We asked for another they never brought it. No shampoo in shower. Otherwise room was very nice and clean.

The hotel is located in the city downtown, which unfortunately means the noise from nearby bars and clubs can be an issue. Parking is also a bit of a challenge. Although the room key card is supposed to grant access to the parking area, it didn't work for me. On the first day, the staff assisted me with it. However, on the second day, when I was checking out, I had to pay for parking again because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to return to the front desk.
