There were roaches in the kitchen area and the receptionist was rude and acted like he didn’t want to allow me to stay there because it was later at night.

The rooms smelled musty. The room I stayed in was horrible. The smell was so bad I had to sleep upright in a chair with my face mask and blanket over my face just so I could breathe. Checked out as soon as I could and would not recommend this to anyone.

Many broken and OUT of date features. This area went through Hurricane Ivan last year, and looks like they are still remodeling. This room should have been out of service, d/t many wrong things. Broken handles, unfinished walls, messy bed, the front office had a broken overhead light, the closet hang up area was in terrible shape. Guests were making noise in the hallways until 3AM! DID not get restful sleep

Shower had luke warm water at best, and all fixtures loose in the wall. Shower curtain rod was supported loosely on top of the shower insert. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

The hotel does not have an elevator to second floor. The door out to the porch didn’t close well and excessive traffic noise was heard late into the evening.
