Great house for a stay with family and friends
Great house for our family and a surprise visit from some family friends. Pool was big fun, house was centrally located so most of our destinations were just a few minutes away. We had a great time. The house was set up great. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, owner was available for any questions. Our family liked this house as a home base. We did alot of exploring around the area during our stay, this house was great to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the canal is beautiful. If you choose to go to the beach the house has chairs and umbrellas available. Great house for a vacation

Brought our young adult children and grandkids for a vacation over Christmas to enjoy some sun and warm weather! The host replied to all of my messages very promptly. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated! House was fully stocked with every essential. The pool was nice, warm and everyone loved it! The layout of the house worked very well for us! We would definitely recommend this location!

The house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you can need which you don't always find in a rental home. Beautiful home with heated pool!
Our family had a great time staying in this home over the holidays. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai and in the heated pool, which was awesome! The location of this property was in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, and it was well stocked with everything needed. Dan was excellent communicating with us at all times! The Cape Coral area is still recovering from the damage caused by Hurricane IAN, however, this house and pool was in great shape!! Would definitely recommend!

My family all thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. My kids , grandkids and myself all spent a week here. Beautiful neighborhood! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. The amenities they provided were a nice touch! Having those amenities saved us space for traveling! Property was very nice and clean however, upon arrival on Sunday the pool was green. Pool guy arrived Monday afternoon and shocked the pool so it was better but still dirty till we left 5 days later. One of the pool area chairs should have been replaced. Location was excellent
