We did alot of exploring around the area during our stay, this house was great to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the canal is beautiful. Brought our young adult children and grandkids for a vacation over Christmas to enjoy some sun and warm weather! The host replied to all of my messages very promptly. Our family had a great time staying in this home over the holidays. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai and in the heated pool, which was awesome! The location of this property was in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, and it was well stocked with everything needed. Dan was excellent communicating with us at all times! The Cape Coral area is still recovering from the damage caused by Hurricane IAN, however, this house and pool was in great shape!! Would definitely recommend!

My family all thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. My kids , grandkids and myself all spent a week here. Beautiful neighborhood!
