Great stay. House is nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Good location.

Everything went very smoothly and the manager and owner were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very nice people to deal with..Property has a great backyard !! We would however, like to suggest a review of kitchen drawers and replacing soiled or worn out dishcloths, towels, scratched and burnt pans and utensils. Also, drawer liners would be more sanitary. We were sorry to have left the property sooner than planned due to the Corona virus and a family emergency. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and comfortable

This unassuming property in an older residential area was perfect for my husband and me. It was updated, had all the amenities of home, was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. My husband and I were out and about everyday seeing sights and exploring, and coming back to this house in the evenings was like a "welcome home" in that we could relax and unwind in the peacefulness and comforts. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to this area of Florida.

This property was perfect for our needs. Just as advertised. Owners are very helpful.

This house is perfect - new, clean, with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Top appliances including the washer and dryer. Hair dyer, flat iron, plenty of sheets, towels, condiments, games for kids, big backyard, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and churches. Good AC, ceiling fans, lovely screened in porch (little frig on porch). TV with Netflix. Couch is comfortable and seats quite a few for TV watching.

Well equipped and comfortable

My family and I stayed here for a week and loved the property. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The home is clean, well kept, and the updates are great. The pictures don't do the property justice as the front porch has been screened in making it so easy to enjoy the Florida weather.

Very clean and updated home

We enjoyed our spring break at this charming house. It was very kid friendly and my son loved the screened in porch and basketball hoop. I would give it 5 starts but it is a good drive (45 mins with traffic) to the beaches. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Close to stores. I would stay at this house again.

Comfortable. Loved the screened patio. Wish there would have been screens on windows, with shades or blinds. With the cool evenings having a natural breeze coming in would have been nice. Netflix is great, but cable television would have been better. An exhaust fan in the bathroom should be a must. Overall quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks recently; and while the house is clean and has a nice screened in breezeway to enjoy, the beds are terrible. Unless the bed situation is improved I couldn't recommend staying here. Three stars for cleanliness and a nice TV also.

Great home away from home

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and had a few basic cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. My sons and I enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch. We also enjoyed watching videos and movies on the big TV. The house is as nice as the description suggest. The owner replied to my questions in a short amount of time. There are grocery stores nearby. I recommend the Country Roads Cafe for breakfast. About a 30 minute drive to any of 4 major shopping areas with movie theaters and additional restaurants. I would stay here again!
