I like the fact its located near the interstate and access is easy I didn't like how the main access road flooded when it rained and we had to use a different access we weren't familiar with to get back to the property. Breakfast stops at 9:00 am instead of 10 like most properties

The hotel was wonderful. This is our 2nd stay and our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff was professional and accommodating. We will stay here again when we're in the area.

AC broken , and had to sleep all the night at 67 degrees due could stop the ac. Technical support arrived next date, and told me that they need to spend hours fixing it. They moved to a new room with same. First time that this is happening to me in a home2 after several times. Requested a call with management, but never happened.

I’m very picky when it comes to my travel lodging. This place was the best! Clean, friendly staff, great in room amenities. I’m hoping all locations are this great because this will be my go to hotel. If I had to critique it in anyway, it would be the pool. It’s an outdoor pool that’s not heated. Would have loved an indoor for the kids on that chilly rainy day in FL.
