Check-in was a breeze, the clerk at the front desk was a very nice and courteous lady. However, after checking into our room, the room was clean but the deadbolt would not lock. We checked in with 2 adults and a toddler, and it’s a big safety concern that the basic deadbolt wouldn’t lock. My husband complained first at 9pm while I was getting our toddler ready for bed, they said they would send someone up to fix it. (The phone in the room didn’t work, he had to go back down to the front desk.) 30 minutes later, no call or maintenance person showed up. I went down to the front desk and explained to the clerk the situation, she said her boss wasn’t answering the phone. They said we would have to wait until 11pm when another worker arrived. I reiterated that it’s already a quarter ‘til 10, and I have a toddler I’m trying to put down for bed for the night. Her boss finally answered the phone and told me to just put the latch on the door. You know, the latch you put on there that you can still open the door and peak into? I politely declined that option and after a few back and forth, they agreed to switch our rooms and gave us no discount and 30 minutes to round up our things and move down the hall. That room locked, so I didn’t complain any further. However, we had to fight with the toilet off and on during our trip because it wouldn’t flush, it was noticeable the bathrooms were flooded before because the tile was bubbling off the floor. It’ll be the last time we stay here.

Easy check in and pet friendly. Room was clean and beds comfy. A minor amount of wear and tear on drywall and door and furniture from previous pets more than likely but nothing to prevent me from wanting to stay again.. Breakfast was typical hot and cold options and fresh.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was awesome good variety. The vents needed to be cleaned and some of the towels could be replaced. Overall i would stay there again.
