Great clean property and great staff. But I do have one small issue. The cleaning product or air freshener they use was so strong in the lobby was so STRONG it was making me nauseous. It smelled like someone spilled a bottle of cheap perfume all over everything.

Just a quick overnight stay. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. This hotel is off one of the main drags and relatively quiet given it's proximity to the interstate. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

There for a sports tourney

Was there for a sports tournament downtown. Wanted to check in early 12:00 but was told we would be charged extra $30. So we declined. The tournament ran late and got back to hotel 10:00 PM. Front desk called at 8:00 PM to see if we were still coming. Hot water that evening was minimal but we did get hot water in the morning.

We stayed here twice on our roadtrip from NC to Colorado. It was a very convenient stop on the way there and back, right off of I40. Nice selection of restaurants and stores in a very cute safe town. Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff also.

If you have a pet, beware of the ridiculous charge

The room was fine and the breakfast was good. I had the amount due but was caught off guard when I was told of the pet fee for my small dog. That charge is ridiculous & I should have been advised by the website Hotels.com that I was getting an additional fee.

Gross. Not sure why rated high. Avoid

Bathroom was horrible. Light falling out of ceiling. Hair dryer is held together by an ace bandage. The toilet handle was broken to the point it was sticking straight up. Both pull rails were coming off the wall. One in shower and one wall.
