The property and staff were great, HOWEVER I booked a 2 bed with a foldout as I have 3 children and a wife. My room was swapped to the handicap room without any kind of communication from the element or Expedia. This leaving us with 2 beds and 5 people… they were booked solid so the staff couldn’t fix it.

We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the breakfast. There were a lot of options for everyone. The Staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was how small the pool was and that there were no high chairs available in the breakfast area. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing i can say bad and its really not that bad was we could hear the people stomping from upstairs. Overall it is an excellent hotel.
