Front desk was very friendly. Door was broke and I couldn't get in my room, so carried all my bags back to office and was given another room (on 2nd floor again), so had to drag everything back (quite a distance from the office). Had to pay $5 extra for wifi, which was advertised in lobby for unlimited devices. After continually being disconnected, I called & was informed it was only for one device. I needed this to upload video for work---had the video uploading all night and what should have taken about 1 hour, was still not done in the morning. Had to go across the street to McDonalds wifi to finish (which was possibly in range from the hotel). TV was ancient, tiny, box set. No fridge or microwave.
