Property is very dated
Property is extremely dated. Lots of things don’t work. Bathroom was a little scary looking- hangers for towels are rusting. Our friends had a room that has a very strange looking bed inside with a frame around the bed frame that’s probably from the 1960s. This property needs an insane amount of upgrading. We stayed on the 3rd floor and kept hearing rattling from the roof, thought might have been a raccoon or rat, but it was a bunch of pigeons. The roof must be paper thin. As we can hear these noise while we were sleeping. Breakfast was good.

This has been the worst hotel i ever stayed at minimum cleaning was done i paid for executive room with a jet tub . The jets dont work . The mirrors werent cleaned , found blood stains on my pillow and what makes it worse is i use to clean rooms so i know the standards a room should have and this one does not . As well i left that night instead of finishing my stay

Very nice well appointed rooms. Very comfortable suites, with large tvs in the bedroom and living room. Unfortunately the floor in room was very dirty, there was some debris behind night table and one of the tv remotes did not work. Also found out the pool and hotbtub areas were closed for a future renovation when I checked in. Apparently it has been closed for a long time now. I did not see this mentioned when I booked. The pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Overall very nice property, need to step up housekeeping and fix the pool and make it clear that is is closed on the website.

The breakfast was nutritious with lots of options to choose from. I liked the small fridge and microwave in the room. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help. The Fixx restaurant just off the hotel has good food. The Walmart is within walking distance for those looking to shop for food and eat in their room. I was a bit disappointed that the pool and hot tub were being renovated as this was only told to me on the day of my arrival; there was no mention of this on the booking website. The carpeting is looking a bit dated along the stairs going to the second floor and one step is a tripping hazard (2nd or 3rd step from the bottom).

Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the light switch was disgusting, very dusty and just run down in general. Bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in. Would not recommend or be staying here again.
