The bathroom floor was bad the tiles coming apart loose tiles. Low interstate noise. Receptionist not friendly. Elevator took forever to work. Lost of noise.

Missed first night.
Booked for 2 families, but due to a funeral, was not able to make the first night. Tried to find the local number to cancel, called 2 different numbers on my booked info, but was unable to let them know we would be a day late and to cancel the first night... had to pay for 2 rooms that we did not get to stay in. I took the hotel card when i left and we'll probably book straight with the hotel next time to make sure I'm able to contact, if needed.

Great Hotel in Monahans Tx
Decided to take a mini family weekend vacation to relax and stayed at the BestWestern in Monahans Tx. The front desk evening staff was very nice and helpful. We got our room quickly and everything about it was in working order and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all four days we were there especially the indoor pool where our daughter spent most of her time and so did we due to they have a big screen tv to watch a movie or sports. If we ever in that part of Texas again we surely rent our rooms there again.

First and foremost, this was a VERY clean room, especially for the price! I worry at times when a room is inexpensive that it will be poorly maintained. NOT the case here. Great price, VERY clean and well maintained room. But the extra special feature was the night time clerk, Bennie!!! He was wonderful! Would stay here again!!!
