1-bedroom condo steps to Miramar Beach

Escape to the sunning Miramar Beach! This condo on the beach side of the Sandestin Golf and beach resort! It is owner managed and can be booked instantly. If you see dates available on the calendar, feel free to book right away. This is the largest 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo layout within Luau and it is on the second floor so you don't even have to wait on the elevators (one flight of stairs up from the ground floor). It will comfortably sleep two people but can accommodate up to four. It has a King bed with a BRAND NEW mattress, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare the day’s meals (including all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, full-sized electric range with a 4 burner cook top, full sized microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, etc). There is a washer/drier in the room, and additional coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The private balcony is just the perfect location to enjoy a breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Condo is just steps away from the private, award winning 4300 sq. ft. Luau saltwater pool and waterfall. If the beach is what you are longing for, Sandestin's private beach is a 2 minute stroll down a private path. For your added convenience, we have also stocked our owner's storage with two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler for your exclusive and unlimited use throughout your stay. This is a true beach get away!

For example; beach Set-ups are $40 per day and include chair and umbrella. We provide all of our guests unlimited use of our beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and cooler for free! The Luau small fitness center and pool is FREE and is restricted to Luau guests only, so no overcrowding and heightened level of security.

Luau is one of the Sandestin’s luxury beachside properties, located just across the street from the Sandestin Hilton.

The unit was so nice. It was much bigger and in better condition than I was expecting based on the reviews.We really enjoyed the location steps from the beach. We were also able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. We met some really nice people on the sunset deck watching the meteror. We will be back!! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Overall great property loved it. Wish there was a little more amenities like spices and dishes. The bed is in dyer need of an upgrade or at least a 4” foam topper. The lamp on the bathroom side of the bed didn’t work. Im sure it was just a light bulb needed. Overall would definitely stay here again!!

We had an excellent time! The condo is perfect for a couple. Pros: -Location was excellent! Sandestin is a great area and Luau has one of the best pools in the resort! It is also very close to the beach. It was just a 3-5 minute walk across a parking lot essentially. However there is a nice path and sidewalk. The location is a short drive to Grand Blvd, Baytown Wharf, and Destin etc. -Cleanliness-Condo was very clean and taken care of. -Shower water pressure-weird I know, but it’s nice to have good water pressure! -Tap Water-another weird one I know. But it’s nice to be able to refill bottles/cups with good tasting water instead of having to bring in a pack of plastic bottles. -Pool-just so nice! -Check In-all the instructions provided were clear and perfect. We also arrived earlier than we expected and were allowed to check in earlier. -Communication with the owner-she was so quick to respond with any questions we had as well as getting us an early check in code. -Beach supplies closet Cons: -The Inside of Luau-the resort itself needs a little maintenance/updating. However this does not reflect on the condo itself at all. The Condo was well maintained and updated. -The Bed-this is the sole reason for not getting five stars. And I wish I could have done 4.5 stars. The bed is so uncomfortable. A new mattress or even a thick mattress topper would go such a long way. We would have given it five stars had the mattress been better. Everything else was perfect.

The location is great - a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great and good size. The property was very clean and cozy. Minus one star because there was only 1 roll of thin (dollar store type) toilet paper and a half-used roll of paper towel for a 6-day stay for a family of 4 and we ran out of both a few days into our stay. We texted the host and she said she would contact the housekeeper to see if she was around, but does not guarantee anything. The host never got back to me on this - did not say yes or no, so we had to go to publix and buy some basic supplies. Did not appreciate the extra trip to buy something that should've been supplied by the host and more importantly, getting no further updates from the host.

WORKING VACATION

Nice condo just a shirt 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Just a few things that could have been better. Coffee pot dripped a lot . Needs updated. Nice beach items to use but no beach towels supplied. Most places I have stayed had them. No dressers to unpack your clothes in. Minimal toilet paper and no hand soap at kitchen. Just a few things that would have made the stay better. Other than that great location to stay and very clean!

First time in Miramar Brach
We spent most of our time biking, walking on the beach, or reading at the pool area. The condo was adequate for sleeping and showering, but I am glad that I didn’t plan to do any cooking. There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency.

We stay here simply to spot out other locations for our summer trip we were planning. The condo was nice but could use some updated furniture for better comfort on longer stays. The amenities were nice but the pool went under maintenance after our first day there so that was a bummer. The locker downstairs has almost everything you would need for a day at the beach. The view from the sun deck on the 20th floor was worth the WHOLE STAY in my opinion. Overall we would stay here again for a quick trip.

Nice apartment
Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, located on the second floor. Very well maintained. The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, many swimming pools and activities to do on site such as fishing, golf and biking. Unfortunately the internal parking lot is not big enough and when leaving at night I had to park outside about 5 minutes from the building. The area is very safe. It took me a little while to get to the location the first time, I called the hoster and she gave me more details. I would go to the place again and recommend it. Feedback

Great Place
The property was as stated with new renovations. The price was right and the pool and beach were just steps away. Great location near excellent restaurants and shopping as well. The property owner gives excellent check-in information and responds quickly. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to this property in the near future!

This is a great property and a great location easy walk to the beach plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within a 5-10 minute drive. The property was very clean the perfect place for 2-4 people. We would for sure stay there again love this area and what it has to offer.

Great Location-Resort is beautiful-Condo needs updates.
The location and resort is simply great. The pool is huge! (Not heated though) The walk to the beach is short, about 5 minutes. Check in was very easy! The kitchenette was great to have along with all of the silverware. The condo needs updates: -Shower head is old and rotted out. -Both TVs are old and cheap. Small smart TVs would be a really easy improvement. -The sofas are full of either human or pet hair? -The tan blanket used for the main bed is also full of hair. The price was fair compared to the surrounding area,but I think with these updates it would be truly worth it.
