This elevated 1st-floor unit, is great for small families and couples' getaways.
You are welcomed by bright colors and a relaxing, warm atmosphere as you settle in for your Island vacation. The private balcony beyond the living room is the perfect place to soak up the anticipated coastal ambiance.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd full bathroom features a large walk-in shower. In the hallway is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove and the living room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).
Prepare any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. *6 beach towels are provided for this unit.
Also, enjoy one reserved covered parking spot in the garage.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our large pool, or soak in the hot tub during the cooler months!
Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
